Community bath

Common bathing facilities doesn't mean "no privacy", it just means sharing resources. Instead of each living unit having a full bath & shower and water heating system, it makes more sense to share those resources. Even if we had 3,4 or 5 bath & shower units it would be more sustainable than each of us having our own. In addition to bath & shower it would be nice to have a common hot-tub (solar heated of course) and sauna.
