Daily rhythm

Here's a daily rhythm we can follow for events, or for our personal lives. These will necessarily be impacted by monthly rhythm activities.

  • 0800: Rise & shine, breakfast, start fire, morning meeting as needed
  • 0900: Physical work, exercise, etc. to get the metabolism going
  • 1000: Weekly rhythm stuff to do
  • 1200: Lunch, progress report as needed
  • 1300: Weekly rhythm stuff to do
  • 1700: Downtime
  • 1800: Dinner, gratitude
  • 1900: Private time, evening activities
  • 2200: Quiet time
