Daily rhythm

Here's a daily rhythm we can follow for events, or for our personal lives. These will necessarily be impacted by monthly rhythm activities.
- 0800: Rise & shine, breakfast, start fire, morning meeting as needed
- 0900: Physical work, exercise, etc. to get the metabolism going
- 1000: Weekly rhythm stuff to do
- 1200: Lunch, progress report as needed
- 1300: Weekly rhythm stuff to do
- 1700: Downtime
- 1800: Dinner, gratitude
- 1900: Private time, evening activities
- 2200: Quiet time
