- Agenda approved with additions

  - AGREED: 269 class A shares to Jan for money spent for gravel for the south driveway
  - AGREED: $25 domain name (ecoreality.org) extension for two years approved
- Shannon & James will spend some time coming up with ideas for getting their coop time in

- Workshops
  - PROUT workshop
    - ACTION: Coordinate with [[User:Guy Prouty|]] about doing a PROUT workshop for EcoReality. (James Cowan)
  - AGREED: EcoReality will spend up to $450 to insulate cottage with money from capital account
  - AGREED: Okay to extend garden fenced area with fencing recovered from lower garden
  - Tomorrow after breakfast, brainstorm James & Shannon moving plans, and meeting themes, schedules, and programs
  - ACTION: Make wiki page for 2008 themes, schedules, activities, workshops, programs, etc. (James Cowan)
  - ACTION: Program for November. (James Cowan)
  - December, Jan & Carol will do one-day Permaculture workshop
  - Tomorrow 14:00: Carol's food processing and preservation workshop
