  - Jan – will recruit outside of this meeting.
- Annual report 2010
  - AGM is at the end of March. Have annual reports complete by Jan 31.

- Reminder- Do bathroom/health break halfway through meeting.
- Discuss 2010 olympic asset sale
  - Discussion ensued. Will seek approval at next meeting.
- Discuss monthly topic
- Briefly review schedules- Travel, videoconference dates, changes to potlucks etc.
  - Jan and Carol requesting help for when they are away in Oregon.
  - WWOOFer meals at White house for dinners. Lunch and breakfasts will be at Yellow house on his own.
