Agenda: Old business

• Reminder for someone to attend the ING potluck/meeting. Jan and Carol will go.
• Approved February 15 residents' meeting minutes
• Approved February 17 special members' meeting minutes
• Approved February 22 special members' telephone conference to interview and add a new member minutes
• Stewards' council
  • Communications: Jan says there will be no newsletter until further notice.
  • Work party stewardship: Susie Anne will no longer be leading work parties but is willing to attend.
  • Group Process stewardship: it would appear that OUR ecovillage will likely host the Tree Bressen faciliation event by themselves in July without EcoReality. Shannon will confirm.
  • Finance: Carol will be looking into switching member shares into Class A shares at Islands Savings Credit Union.
• Review last month's ACTION items.
  • ACTION: Shannon Cowan Shannon will investigate member share redemption Co-op Rules Rule 39 and Rule 13 appear to be in conflict. Shannon will draft a letter to James Pusuta about member share redemption legalities. (Shannon Cowan)
    
  • ACTION: Shannon Cowan and Carol will work together to divide up seeds from the garden which includes Brenden's seeds. (Shannon Cowan)

New business

• Acceptance of withdrawal of membership from James Cowan and Shannon Cowan. This letter is dated for today.
• The co-op has received a request from Jan Steinman and Carol Wagner to redeem all their investment shares. This may be rescinded in the future.
• Review fund raising activities.
  • Jan has spoken to Bill Turner from The Land Conservancy last Thursday.
  • Jan has been corresponding with several possible investors.
• Briefly review schedules — travel, videoconference dates, changes to potlucks etc.
  • SA’s mom is coming to visit March 2nd-6th.
  • SA and Jessie will go to Hawaii March 10-18th.
  • ACTION: Shannon Cowan Next week we will discuss the possibility of a yard sale in later March or April. Shannon will add this to the agenda. (Shannon Cowan)
    
  • Compost meeting will take place at its usual time on Friday.
