1. Meeting starts 08:30

     • Members: Jan Steinman, Carol Wagner.
     • Investor: Ron Pither stopped in to tell us he was too busy to attend the meeting.

2. Agenda approved
3. Minutes of previous meeting, 20111012, approved.
4. Old business:
   • Matters arriving from minutes.
     • AGREED: We discussed Ron's debt to the co-op for insurance and taxes, and agreed to give him a statement to that effect.
     • Philipe and Manu are not available to help with the greenhouse, nor is Covey and Katrina, as Ron has them working in the east field today.
   • Review to do list:
     • Rudy has emptied the Ikea building.
     • We have given Ron a paper copy of the on-line member application procedure package.
   • Review calendar:
     • Holly Sansom here through 7 November.
     • Carol's appointment changed; going to Sidney on Thursday on the 09:50.
   • Project updates:
     1. yellow house skylights: no change, but we really need to close this off and issue the appropriate shares soon.
     2. emergency power: no change.
     3. Commercial propagation greenhouse: Greenhouse arches are assembled and ready for raising. Hoping to do that today.
     4. yellow house suite: no change
     5. water system: Jan removed the swallow's nest and excess wiring in the pump house.
     6. firewood: no change.
     7. Permaculture design course 2012: no change
5. New business:
   1. AGREED: EcoReality to give apprentices Covey and Katrina the food portion of our volunteer co-op support agreement ($7.50 per day) go directly to them, with the balance to be put towards electricity, wood, insurance, and other overhead costs of the White House.
6. Farm meeting:
   • Harvest east field.
   • Plant garlic.
7. Plans for the week:
   • Greenhouse
   • Firewood Fridays
   • Paperwork (skylights, property taxes, cost of residents and volunteers, etc.)
