4. Minutes of previous meeting, 2012-03-21 approved unanimously.
5. Old business:
   • Matters arising from old minutes:
     • Trench done and filled with gravel.
     • Wheel on goat trailer fixed.
     • Grey & black water tanks removed.
     • Dinner with white house applicants on Thursday this week.
   • To do list - reviewed.
   • Calendar not reviewed - broken.
   • Project updates:
     • Necessary changes in involvement in EcoReality - ongoing.
     • Goat shed II - needs door and floor repaired.
     • Commercial propagation greenhouse - Skin is on!! Work on skinning the ends, dividers, tables and roll-ups.
       • Waiting for roll-up tube parts - received.
     • Emergency power - no change - on hold until next fall.
     • Yellow house suite - no change
     • Water system maintenance - stable, but leaking.
     • Firewood - we may make it with what we have.
6. Health & Safety - no new concerns.
7. New business:
   • Review of WWOOFers:
     • Anna coming on the 31st of March.
     • Shannon coming on the 15th of April.
     • Matthew coming on the 1st of May.
     • Charles staying through 20 to 28th.

9. Farm meeting:
   • Small greenhouse - soil blocks made - do some seeding today.
   • Get peas in ground.
   • Remove some compost for West garden beds.
10. Plans for next week:
    • Continue work on commercial greenhouse and tables. (Jan/Charles)
    • Jan to get Vanagon working, again.
    • Jan committed to building more greenhouse tables and work on building the doors.
    • Planting west garden.
    • Make more soil blocks.
    • Stake out swales in east field.
