An observer at an EcoReality business meeting is a person who does not have decision making rights.
Observers may take part in discussions and group exercises at the discretion of the meeting facilitator.
Observers may be asked to silently observe if the meeting time is tight or if the observer is taking up too much meeting time.
Observers who are disruptive or do not follow the facilitator's requests or do not follow group conventions may be asked to leave.
