Ordinary resolution

The Cooperative Association Act defines ordinary resolution, in part, as a resolution that can be passed by a majority of those present at any General Meeting, assuming proper notice of the resolution had been given those entitled to vote a certain period beforehand. It differs from a special resolution primarily in the number of members who must take part in voting.

EcoReality Sustainable Land Use and Education Cooperative refines this in their coop rules to include a consensus of those present and duly notified of the resolution.
