A resident is any person who resides at EcoReality at any given time. This may include members, renters, guests, etc.
Long-term residents are expected to attend periodic residents' meetings, in which household business is conducted.
Guests are short-term residents -- typically for a week or less -- and are generally not involved in household business.
Although their insight and opinions are appreciated, non-member residents do not have veto power in the coop's decision making process.
