Point of Clarification: Under the Water Collection phase I of the proposed project, ground water is listed. Was this meant to be ground water, as in the kind that is pumped from many feet subsoil, or surface water (ie. runoff)? Shan 15:11, 2 May 2007 (PDT)

"Ground water" would be water pumped from a well or coming from an artesian well. --Jan Steinman 22:18, 2 May 2007 (PDT)
