Usage
Once a proposal page has been agreed by unanimous consent of the members, edit that page and replace the line at the top that says {{proposal|...}} with {{agreement|...}}, which will then move that page from the proposals category into the agreements category, and will place the following text at the top of the page.

Parameters
- the date (in "YYYYMMDD" format) of the meeting in which the decision was made, which will then become a link to the proper meeting minutes page.
