Usage
Place {{request|date}} at the top of any page that is open for discussion for possibly ratification as an agreement. Doing so will put that page in requests category and will place the following text at the top of the page.
Ideally, requests should be in the form of a project page, but should include at least:
- a statement of an issue or opportunity for improvement,
- a suggested way to resolve the issue or implement the improvement,
- more than one suggestion, with advantages and disadvantages of each, is welcome, especially if the issue or improvement opportunity has a large impact
- anticipated ways the implementation of the request would impact others,
- if time or money is involved, a suitable labour/expense budget
- any other relevant information.

Parameters
- date of meeting when this request will be considered, in YYYYMMDD format. With this format, the boilerplate inserted will include a link to the relevant minutes page after the meeting is held.
