Vehicle sign-out

EcoReality-managed vehicles may have a sign-out sheet or computer database for tracking use of the vehicle. This allows villagers to reserve vehicles for scheduled use, and allows vehicles to be located when they can't be found. The vehicle steward is responsible for seeing that the vehicle sign-out is used.
