At the discretion of the Farm Steward, EcoReality will spend up to $20 for a gift for departing WWOOFers who have worked for at least two weeks. Requests for more expensive gifts for exceptional WWOOFers who stay much longer than two weeks will be brought before the members for approval, not unreasonably withheld.
